CEO of FloWind Corporation 1991-1998, All Business Development, Wind turbine sales, manufacturing and Finance reported directly; Senior Vice President of Global Renewable Energy Partners 1998-2004, an operator and developer of Renewable Power Projects, spearheaded 2 Biogas development projects.

Steven C. Koegler, Member Director

Steven C. Koegler was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on August 7, 1944. He graduated from Jacksonville University with a bachelor’s degree in 1967 and from Florida State University (J.D. 1970). He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1970 and to the Missouri Bar in 1972.

Mr. Koegler’s memberships include the Committee on Employee Benefits, Florida Bar Tax Section, 1973-1974; Committee on Tax Shelters, Florida Bar Tax Section, 1976-1977; Post Graduate Study in Federal Securities Law, Villanova University, 1976; Committee on Relations Between the Florida Bar and Florida Institute of C.P.A.’s, since 1985; Florida Bar Corporation & Securities Committee of the Business Law Section, 1988 to present; Certified Public Accountant, Pennsylvania, 1972; the Florida Bar (Member, Sections on Taxation, Corporation, Banking and Business Law), American Bar Association.
